On this page Student Doctors from the School of Medicine can book the Student Society Meeting Room.

We want to support societies as much as possible and have rooms available for student society meetings for up to 6 people (G.24) and a large room (G.15) for special student meetings and conferences after hours, Monday to Friday.

Making a booking

• Go to the date you need to book, select the time you need. The default duration will be 30mins. You can select additional time slots as needed to extend your booking.
• Booking requests for the Student Society Meeting Room (G.24) are automatically approved.
• Booking requests for the School Meeting Hall (G15) are reviewed and approved by the Student Engagement Team. We ask that you try to book these spaces with a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice. 

Where we are unable to accommodate your request, please note that there are other meeting spaces available book on campus via the Guild booking system.
