On this page Student Doctors from the School of Medicine can book the G15 Formby Room.

We aim to support our societies as much as possible, with rooms available for student society meetings: G.24 for groups of up to 6 people, and G.15 for larger gatherings of up to 60 seated, suitable for special meetings and conferences after hours (Monday–Friday).

Making a booking

• Go to the date you need to book, select the time you need. The default duration will be 30mins. You can select additional time slots as needed to extend your booking.
• Booking requests for the Student Society Meeting Room (G.24) are automatically approved.
• Booking requests for the School Meeting Hall (G.15) are sent to the Student Engagement Team. We ask that you try to book with as much notice as possible, and minimum 2 working days in advance. 
• For last-minute bookings or small meetings, please consider using the Student Hub or a communal study area, if available.
